Born in Surinam with roots from Indonesia, Portugal and Germany I grew up in the Netherlands. With my recent experience of 5 years living and working in Vietnam, I would like to call myself a global citizen. After my study, I had the pleasure of working for one of the biggest banks in the Netherlands of which 9 years in different and challenging leadership positions. I learned a lot and especially from all the coaching that I was offered during these years. They were true gifts that helped me excel my growth as a person and as a leader.

Although I did coach my teams with great enthusiasm, I started dreaming bigger. I wanted to reach more people, teams and other organizations. When I decided to take the opportunity and move to Vietnam, it was certainly a challenge. But I did it… and what a wonderful experience this was. Working with many different executives, (management) teams and leaders from all over the world, made me realize how much I love to work without borders. Now I live in the Netherlands and work anywhere in the world from Europe to Asia to South America.
